Processing time may vary depending on product availability, order quantity and whether the order is a retail or wholesale/B2B order.

For customised or special orders, we will confirm the expected processing time with you separately.

DAMAGED OR LOST SHIPMENTS

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and photographs of the package and jewellery.

If a shipment is delayed or appears to be lost, please contact us so that we can assist with the shipping provider’s investigation.

WHOLESALE & B2B ORDERS

For wholesale, B2B and international orders, shipping terms, delivery arrangements and applicable charges may be agreed separately before dispatch.
